How Do I Tie The Bow Tie?
All of our bow ties are pre-tied so you will never have to tie the bow tie yourself. They are joined with a hook around the base of the neck on the neckband itself. Fold the collar of your shirt upwards and simply connect the hook around the base of your neck and use the slider to adjust the band until it is sitting on your neck comfortably. Fold the collar of your shirt back down and cover the neck band. Make further adjustments until the tie is sitting comfortably on your neck and in the right position.

How Big Are The Bow Ties?
Our bow ties are tradionally larger than a regular bow tie. Our "wide ties" measure 5 1/2" wide x 3 1/2" high x 1" depth.
How Do I Know If The Bow Tie Will Fit My Neck Size?
Our bow tie neck band are made long enough to fit any neck size. The band can be easily adjusted using the slider to adjust to the length that is most comfortable for you.

Our return policy lasts 48 hours from the time you receive your order. If 48 hours have gone by since your receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are determined at check out. Rates for shipping are applied based on quantity and by the address/location/country that the orders are to be shipped to. Can I Still Place an Order?
Yes. We are still processing all orders for our accessories, bow ties, and facial masks. We are advising customers to expect delays with their parcel deliveries. Due to heavy outgoing parcel volumes, combined with the important safety measures implemented by courier and postal services, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please avoid using delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).
Can I Still Make Returns?
Purchases on all of our facemasks and face coverings are NON-RETURNABLE. Returns on all our of our accessories and bow ties are still being processed.
